How do you integrate 1/(xln(x^3))dx?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1/(xln(x^3)) = (3x*ln(x))^(-1)

Nice question......... First, before integrating, I would rewrite the denominator as 3x ln(x) so you can pull a 1/3 out of the integral. Now, let u = ln x; du = dx/x the rest is sraightforward.

Thank you both so much! I didn't realize that I could still pull that 3 out of the exponent if the parentheses were there.
