The element show in the diagram is Nitrogen, therefore atomic number of the element will be 7.
Since total number of protons is equal to the atomic number, the number of protons in the element will be 7
Since the outermost shell (dot structure) contains 5 electrons, number of valence atoms will be 5 and its valency will be -3 (Need 3 electrons more for octet configuration)
The element will be reactive, because the outermost shell is not completely filled. The element need 3 more electrons to become a stable atom/Ion
