A: (0,8) B: (-4,4) C: (2,6) you are dilating it 1/2 so all you have to do is use the coordinates of C which are (2,6) and mult. by 1/2 because that is what the question asks. It would be like: mult. 2 by 1/2 and you get 1. Then you mult. 6 but 1/2 to get 3. so therefor the answer is 1 comma 3! :)
