The volume of a cube is eighty-one cubic meters. What is the volume of the square based pyramid with the same side length and height? nine cubic meters twenty-seven cubic meters two hundred forty-three cubic meters seven hundred twenty-nine cubic meters
Oh, Is this an exam question?
I think we go to the same school
do u kn0w wat it is?
27 cubic meters
@Bram It's against the code of conduct of OS to give direct answers and help an individual cheat.
V = (1/3)b^2h where b = base length, h = height from vertex to the base V = 13 b^3 because base and height are the same Since the cube has volue of 81 m^3, then b^3 = 81 b = 81^(1/3) V = 13 ( 81^(1/3) ) V = (1/3)(81) V = 27 m^3
@Bram woot woot :D
thx 4 the medal @learningisawesome !
Yeah, just make sure you provide explanations to avoid cheating :)
sure thing!
