\[\frac{x^{-2}}{x^{-2}-\left(6x\right)^{-2}}\]
The answer is 36/35

apply the exponent on 6x to each of them.
with the -2 exponent?

Yes. \((6x)^{-2}\) = \(6^{-2}x^{-2}\)
Then see if you cannot cancel something.
never mind I found out a way to solve it
What I did was to change \[x^{-2} into x^{1/2}\]
but really appreciate the help and effort

\[x^{-2} into x^{1/2} \] This is not correct. \[x ^{-2}=\frac{ 1 }{ x^2 }\] and \[x ^{1/2 }= \sqrt{x}\]
