If RT forms a diameter, then there are two conditions you can use: T is collinear with R and P, meaning that the slope between RP, RT, and PT will all be the same. So first you can eliminate all points whose lines with P and R do not have the same slope as RP. If there are still answers remaining, then you can take the distance from those points to P, which is the center of the circle. Since PR is a radius, RT is also a radius and will have the same length.
