\[x ^{4}+8x^{2}+8^{2}+\]
x4 + 8x2 +8x2 +64
take common x2( x2+8) + 8 ( x2 + 8)
again take common (x2+8)(x2+8)
or simply (x2+8)^2

Okay i did all of that which im okay with. But then i get x^4+8x^2+64+8x^2.... So when i add up both 8x^2..... I come up with 16x^4..... When its suppose to be 16x^2..... Or do i not add the x^2's?
rearrange : \[x ^{4} + 8x ^{2} + 8x ^{2}+ 64\]
now take common: \[x ^{2} (x ^{2} + 8) + 8(x^{2} + 8)\]
\[x ^{2}+8 \] is common again. so take common.
\[(x ^{2} + 8 ) (x ^{2} +8)\] is your answer
