both decreasing the collision rate between particles decreasing the speed at which the gas particles move are function of temperature and by decreasing the temperature you lower the pressure, need more clearification?

Increasing the volume would decrease pressure- not one of the choices but think about it.... A bigger container would reduce collision rate- also more heat more activity so decreasing the speed (by taking away or not adding heat) so, yeah... C & d
