The location of a point on a coordinate plane is given by an ordered pair (m, n), where m and n are integers such that -4 ≤ m ≤ 4 and -4 ≤ n ≤ 4. How many different points fit that description?

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

"integer" includes negative whole numbers (like -5, -4, -3, etc.), the number 0, and positive whole numbers (1,2,3,4,5. etc.) if m is an integer given by the constraints -4 ≤ m ≤ 4, then the possibilities for m are -4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4, giving us 9 possibilities for m since -4 ≤ n ≤ 4, we know that there are 9 possibilities for n to find the number of possible points, all we do is multiply (number of possible m values)*(number of possible n values)
