If you increase pressure it depends on the number of moles on the left side we see 4 moles and on the right there is two so if the pressure is increased it will push the reaction forward so it experiences less pressure

It would be B increase the pressure you have 4 moles on the reactant side and two on the other so the pressure effects the side with more moles so do reduce pressure it proceeds in the forward direction
