First, find the (x,y) coords of each "corner" of your shaded region. then use those x and y numbers in your p=28x + 49y pick the pair that makes "p" the largest.
starting from the top I have 2,5 then 3,1 then 0,0 and lastly on the left 0,2 how can it make it the largest?
we test each pair for example, (2,5) x=2 and y=5 in p=28x + 49y p = 28*2 + 49*5= 301 now test the other pairs. the pair that gives the biggest p is the winner
my answer is 301!
