I hope someone will help with this translation. If no one helps, here's what I can do.

If you have started learning Latin, you would certainly know that position in the sentence does not help you much in finding the subject, possessor, or objects. All that depend on the endings of the words, mainly verb, adjective and articles. Therefore, unless you are familiar with each and every word, you need to look them up and find out the case, number and gender.

Use your dictionary (or wiktionary) to find that
procorum is the genetive plural of procus, meaning suitors.
omnium is genitive plural of omnis, meaning every, all.
arma (plural) is a noun meaning war, armour, arms...
intercepit is a verb whose subject is third person singular
Audax, bold, daring, courageous
Telemachus, a proper noun (a character in the Odessy)

If we put it altogether, Audax Telemachus (third person singular) corresponds to the verb (also third person singular), so it is the subject. See if you can figure out a trial version of the translation.
