I'd figure out the coordinates for the vector if we have the terminal points at the origin, (0,0), instead. Then we can just do the normal vector stuff; calculate 3u - 2v, and find its length

So, it seems like our vector is heading to the left. It looks like the x changes from 17 to 9, so that x-component would be (9 - 17), wouldn't it? Just how much x changes Because it's really about displacement here
