pKa is the -log of the dissociation constant, so the lower the value the higher the extent of dissociation. The conjugate base is present when the acid dissociates. \(\sf HA\rightarrow H^++A^-\) where \(A^-\) is the conjugate base. With this information, what do you think the answer is?
