\(f(x) = 2 + \dfrac3x + \dfrac4{x^2}\) I have to find the derivative again
@ganeshie8
I'm not sure how to start this one
\[(f+g)' = f' + g'\] Simply differentiate term by term
I think I got it, 3/x is the same as 3x^-1 and 4/x^2 is the same as 4x^-2

That's a good start
\(-3x^{-2} - 8x^{-3}\) \(f'(x) = \dfrac{-3}{x^2} - \dfrac8{x^2}\)?
Don't you mean -3/x^2 - 8/x^3 ?
Whoops, yep :)
then it looks perfect! lets also check w/ woflram http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=(2+%2B+%5Cdfrac3x+%2B+%5Cdfrac4%7Bx%5E2%7D)%27
