How do I find the moles of the elements NaCI, C12H22O11, CaCO3, SiO2 and H2O as well as the atoms of each element? Please help I've been trying to figure this out for two days. Thank You!!

yes, NaCI= 161.9g/mol C12H22O11= 342.3g/mol CaCO3= 100.0g/mol SiO2=60.08g/mol H2O=20.16g/mol
I haven't checked to see if that's correct, but now you need to divide mass by that value.
