theDeviliscoming:

This one actually stumps me maybe @Vocaloid can help

theDeviliscoming:

Or maybe @Nnesha

Nnesha:

if you're good at factoring the quadratic equation then i'll suggest you to factor each equation to find out which one wll provide you the solution *5* OR replace x with given solution (5) if the equation states the true statement then that equation will be the correct answer

JoyLoveReynolds:

i think its the last one but idk

Nnesha:

why do you think its D?

JoyLoveReynolds:

my sister solved it out on paper but i just need to know if im right im doing online classes

Nnesha:

well i'm not sure if she is using the correct method or not.. replace x with 5 $\large\rm x^2+5x+25=0$ $\large\rm \color{red}{(5)}^2+5\color{red}{(5)}+25=0$ simplify the left side if both sides are equal then yes D is the answer.

Nnesha:

in order to say 5 is the solution of x^2+5x+25 left side should be equal to right hand side whn we replace x with 5
