Evie's family has the component of bulimia. Evie has had bulimia but recovered.
Now she is showing signs of anorexia. Is that possible since no one else in her family has anorexia,

This is possible in my opinion because since she was already a victim of an eating disorder, she might try another alternative to lose weight again, since eating disorders are a mental problem.
