iuytyuioiuytyuiop:

When an atom lose electron(s), it becomes ____________ (there might be multiple answers): a Negatively charged b Positively charged c Ion d Cation e Anion

iuytyuioiuytyuiop:

@MrMudd183

MrMudd183:

What do you believe it is?

iuytyuioiuytyuiop:

I think it's C and B?

MrMudd183:

Depending on how many electrons the atom has, it will determine the charge. More than likely, it will be a positive ion. So which one do you believe is more fitting?

iuytyuioiuytyuiop:

B is positively charge?

MrMudd183:

I'd say C. If an atom either gains or looses an electron, it will become an ion.

iuytyuioiuytyuiop:

But I think their has to be more then one option

iuytyuioiuytyuiop:

mr mudd?

MrMudd183:

If it's multi select, try B & C

iuytyuioiuytyuiop:

okay thank you

MrMudd183:

You're welcome C:

AZ:

There's no need to be hesitant or doubt your answer. You were right the first time! When you lose an electron or multiple electrons, you will form a positively charged ion. That's because there will be more protons than electrons.

iuytyuioiuytyuiop:

thanks
