SaltTheLoser:

What uses does the element sodium chloride have?

Pusheen:

Sodium chloride is also known as salt. (No pun intended whatsoever lmao). The sodium that’s contained in salt helps to control the amount of water in your system. Now one of the main medical uses for sodium chloride is to replace the amount of sodium lost in your body due to some of these issues: dehydration, excessive sweating, and others. So in conclusion one of the main uses for sodium chloride is to replace the amount of sodium that has been depleted from your body.
