Hi, do you have an idea on what the answer would be? if not here's a hint to help In this question, the line is perpendicular to the PQ and the bisector perpendicular to the PQ throughout the given diagram, and in the next section, it draws the tangent through point A to the circle by drawing 'Draw a circle with radius RP through point R. It circle crosses that given circle P in 2 points. Its tangents could only be achieved with any of these new points by adding point Q.
I thought maybe it was Mark the point of intersection S of circles R and P, and construct line QS.
well we can cross out A and B, the question asks about \(Q \) and \(P \) so between C and D what would you suggest the answer would be?
