for part A, they want to know how many times we draw a 1, 2, or 3 card with a Heads that means look for 1H, 2H, and 3H those are three outcomes

so the answer to the first part, part A is going to be theoretical probability = favorable outcomes / total outcomes we said the favorable outcomes is 3 it's 3 because we want 1H, 2H, and 3H and so how many do you count for the total outcomes? that's going to be the denominator of the probability you then have to divide the fraction and round to the hundredths
for part B and add the numbers underneath the 1H, 2H and 3H in the table so 132 + 126 + 133 = ?? and so that's your numerator experimental probability = number of time it occurs / total attempts and so the number of times it occurs is 132 + 126 + 133 the total number of times is 1050 because that's how many times they tried (it gives that to you in the question but you can also find it if you add all the numbers in the box)
