Actually, I figured it out. You have to solve the equation to find the x of the vertex for -b.
The original equation: x=-b/2a When solved for b: 2ax=-b. Simply input a (which is given) and x (which we estimate to be 2.). Don't forget, this will give you the NEGATIVE of B this means you must multiply by -1 to get the actual b. :)

The equation is formed like this: ax^2+bx+c. If there is "no" a and the first x is negative that means that a = -1
