kekeman:

A 4.5-liter sample of a gas has 0.80 mole of the gas. If 0.35 mole of the gas is added, what is the final volume of the gas? Temperature and pressure remain constant. 3.9 liters 5.3 liters 6.3 liters 6.5 liters

kekeman:

I was thinking 6.5 liters but I don't know for sure

Vocaloid:

yup that's what I got too. for constant T and P, volume and molar amount are directly proportional so you'd simply set up (0.80 moles/4.5L) = (0.8 + 0.35 moles) / (x L) which gives you x = 6.5 L
