delete everything or anything tht reminds you of them, hang out with friends,avoid seeing them anywhere, if yall got the same classes or sumn avoid giving any eye contact with them,dont let them think for a second that you want them back. Try and sign up for clubs so your unavailable to them when they do ask to hang out. When your feeling more confident,slowly put yourself out there,but like don't just start meat riding on everyone else bc ur single agian. These things take time.
