Okay, I voted, and honestly good question. I'm going to put why I think 'no'. Just because Friar Laurence married Romeo and Juliet shouldn't mean he should be at fault for their deaths. Most people would say yes he is at fault for not having a good plan when marrying the two, but honestly, in life the best things are never planned ahead, just saying. So no he shouldn't be at fault.

Juliet never got the warning that Romeo never got the letter so she went on with the plan, but the nurse never knew about the plan because the nurse was towards Juliet marrying Paris and forget Romeo and let him get banned from vernous, after he killed Tylerat, Juliets cousin
