well the reason why they move all over the place is to get good angles like when a sunset hits just right over a field or a beautiful meadow that once ran in makes a cute picture

Coming from someone who does photography as a hobby, no, not all photographers travel.

It just depends on type of work being done. Some are just local and make their livings off of where they are. There are so many fields of photography though. But, traveling can definitely expand your opportunities.
