Is it considered rape if you raped someone and later the victim became your wife?
like willingly became your wife

Yes it is still considered rape if someone was sexually assaulted, even if the they're later willingly to marry the person who raped them. Consent must be given at the time of the act and the relationship afterward does not make the even that happened before.....disappear
