Ice is a immigrant custom enforement, actual US typeish cops who take immigrants such as Hispanics who don't have papers and are living free will in the US without birthrights. And they send those people back. While Slaves are people held hostage to work for the white people back in the day and their freedom was stripped from them. Makes sense? Idk
