theydontknowmelly:

prob 5 or 8 cups a day, it depends how much water your body can handle, but for others they perfer to drink other liquids to keep them hydrated.

ShadowKid3:

depends on size age and build. drinking too much water can lead to lower sodium levels in your blood as your kidneys stop filtering and some water dilutes it in your bloodstream

NathanMcLendon:

Depends on: body weight, gender, weather, and psychical activity

randogirl123:

An average person should drink about 5-8 cups but just don't drink too much..drinking water as @nathanmclendon said, it can usually depend on the persons well being and how hydrated they are. ^>~<^

NoodlesAndRiceYT:

A healthy recommendation of water for a child/teenager is 8 cups a day. For an adult, its at most a gallon a day. To get to these goals of drinking water its best to stay active.

Spectrum:

6-8 cups a day of water. It has many benefits as well! Helps you pass stool easier, keeps you hydrated, etc.
