try to pause and breathe, when you feel the anger rising, take a deep breathe, it helps you calm your mind and gives time before you react. You can always do workouts or talk to someone you trust

mmm honestly i separate myself from anyone bc i get da urge to just whack sumthin, so like maybe lock urself inna room n breathe, n listen to sum music. Maybe take a walk or sum.

I say abuse your pillow to death. Don't hit anything too hard because even if you're angry that going to hurt. Like if you have a stuffed animal or something that'll do. Anything you can abuse that won't hurt anybody else and you basically.
