If x โ‰  0 and y โ‰  0, then 2๐‘ฅ y รท 6๐‘ฆ x someone teach me how to solve it...I don't want the answer, I want to learn how to solve it

korbie:

its supposed to be: if X=0 and xโ‰  0 then 2x/y divided by 6y/x

Luna34:

Im not sure I did this right but: x^2/3y^2 ?๐Ÿคท I haven't done this is a while

korbie:

I don't want the answer I want the way you used to solve it, like how did you get that answer

Luna34:

Oh ok. So first rewrite the division as multiplication. So I would be: 2x/ times by 6y/x. Then you multiply the fractions and you should get 2x^2//6y^2. But simplify that and you get x^2/3y^2
