There was one phone call, one moment, that completely changed my life. It was from someone who probably never knew the impact they had, but their words stuck with me in ways they couldn't have imagined. I've liked them for so long, and life has its crazy ups and downs, but in a way, they make it all feel a little more bearable. One night, after feeling overwhelmed and having those dark thoughts while I was in the shower, I remembered something they said to me. It was simple, but it hit me hard. For the first time, those thoughts didn't control me. I walked out of that shower, unharmed, just because of that one person's voice, reminding me that I was worth more than what I felt in that moment. Life is wild, but it's these small moments that shift everything.
