What is the error in \[\lim_{x \rightarrow 2}{e^{3x^2-12x+12}}/x^4-16\] = 0? They use L'Hopital's rule.

I replied to another thread on this: the numerator does not tend to 0 or +/- infinity as x -> 2, so L'Hopital's rule cannot be applied here.
