I am having a hard time figuring this out, i get to this point
y-7=3/2(x-(-4)) and then i cannot figure the rest of it out.

i am tying to solve for y but for some reason when ever i add the 7 to the other side my answer is not the right one and i cannot figure out what i am doing wrong.
