so the goal in problems like this is to solve for x. that is to say, you want to know what x equals. keeping in mind that anything you do to one side of the equation, you must do to the other, do you see anything you can do to the left side to get x by itself?

absolutely a good idea. if we did this, here is how it would start to look: \[\frac{.2*x}{.2} = \frac{.15}{.2}\]

since the left side cancels to 1, you are left with \[x = \frac{.15}{.2}\] this is yr answer!
