I need to know how to graph a line with a slope of -2/3 and y intercept of 16/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

As the y-intercept is 16/3, the point (0,16/3) must be on the graph. Plot this point. The slope = rise/run = -2/3, so move 2 units down and 3 units to the right from the point you plotted. Plot another point here, at (3,10/3). Draw a line through these two points, and this is your graph. The equation is y = (-2/3)x + 16/3.
