You have to test the left-hand side and the right-hand side to see if your statement is true. If it is, then your point is in the solution set. So, for example, the first point has\[LHS=y=5\]and \[RHS=-(0)^2+5=5\]Since the left-hand side is NOT greater than the right-hand side (5 is equal to 5, not greater than 5), the point (0,5) is not in the solution set (if, in your problem statement, you meant to write 'greater than or equal to', then the point would be in the solution set - I'm assuming you mean a strict inequality).
