2x+4y-2z=a and -3x-6y+3z=b and -x-2y+z=c…I have reduced to 0x+0y+0z=a+2c and 0x+0y+0z=b+3c and -x-2y+z=c…how would one describe the solution? Is there even one?

lets start like this. since -x-2y+z=c seems to be the simplest equation of the 3. Lets take that and solve for x or y, it doesn't matter which. once you have solved for x, take the solution, and plug it into 2x+4y-2z=a. 
This will remove x out of this equation, then you can solve for y and plug it into the following equation. Try and work it out now.
