11/(x^-9)(y^4)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

are you practicing or is this a question? and, if what you mean is 11 over all that stuff another set or parenthesis is needed i.e. 11/((x^2-9)(y^4)) or 11/[(x^2-9)(y^4)] is good too

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it was the equation and practice

OpenStudy (anonymous):

an equation has an "="

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are you supposed to do with that expression?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

simplify it. same with all the rest i post today. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there really is not much simplifying to happen there, the only thing i can see is that x^2-9=(x+3)(x-3)

OpenStudy (radar):

\[11/x ^{-9}y ^{4}\] Can be simplified by\[11x ^{9}/y ^{4}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

dang you help out alot. so does ebbflo. thx you two

OpenStudy (radar):

Hope this agrees with an approved solution lol. No problem
