what part of that do you need help with exactly?
The steps to get the solution. I'm trying to learn how to do power series right now.
where is this series supposed to be centered?
usually you art going to want to first find a power series representation for 1/(x^2+4) then integrate to find the power series representation for that log function then solve for the arbitrary constant based on where this should be centered (probably at x=0, i am guessing)
