So suppose the price for the land and buildings combined is S (for "sum") and the land costs D (for "difference") more than the buildings. Then the price of the buildings is ???? and the price of the land is ????

One might call the price of the buildings for B. Then the price of the land L is L=B+D, and S=B+(B+D). Given this information, are you able to find the price of the buildings and the price of the land? If not, I'll try to help you more :)
