determine the domain and range y=16e^(x-2)+3

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the domain is any legal values of "x" and I do not see any values of "x" that would make this go sour... range all the "y" values that can be gotten from the equation...

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the range of that "e" produces is everything above zero.... and I do not see anything that would make this equation less than "e"

OpenStudy (amistre64):

range could possibly be anything 19 and above? or maybe anything above zero..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the range to the left is lim as x approaches -∞ of 16e^(x-2)+3= 3 the range to the right is lim as x approaches ∞ of 16e^(x-2)+3= ∞ range is [3,∞]

OpenStudy (amistre64):

i like that too [3,inf) for a range..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

domain is all reals or [-∞,∞]

OpenStudy (amistre64):

notational point... use () with infinities....
