First simplify the denominator: 2-2sin^(2) x 1) factor out the twos : 2(1-sin^(2)x) 2) Apply identity : 2(cos ^(2) x) Now cancel out the cos ^(2)x and the cos^(3)x which will give you: integral (cos x/2 dx) which evaluates to be 1/2 sin x + C
