would this be a rohmbus? a counter example to: if a polygon has 4 sides, then the diagonals are perpondicular.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4 sides with the opposites is a parallelogram. rhombus has the opposite sides not parallel they are at opposite angles to eachother

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it would be a square?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well all squares are parallelograms but not all parallelograms are squares. a parallelogram looks like /__/ (with a top) a rhombus looks like /__\ (with a top)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can it be a trapizoid?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im an idiot, a rhombus is a diamond, a trapezoid is what i told you a rhombus was. i think your question's answer is either a rhombus or a parallelogram, prolly a rhombus. my bad (been a while since geometry)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok. thank you
