x^2+6x+8=
Not sure what you're asking. You want to solve as if it equals 0 or....need more information.
Or you can factor...maybe that's what you're asking?
Hold on I'll get the question I asked before..and see if you can help
how is factoring used to solve quadratic equations. Need to demonstrate the process with an example to show
Just not sure how to get this and the example...very frustrating
actually I do not get any of it...I am so confused
Ok well we can just use the problem you gave. To factor simple quadratic formulas like \[x^2+6x+8\] the answer looks like (x+a)(x+b) where a and b are real numbers. A and b need to be multiplied together to get 8 and added together to get 6 for this example. So find two numbers that do this...they can be negative or positive.
Thank you so very much!
Does it make sense?
Yes
There are different ways to find out GCF of two or more numbers. One of them is prime factorization method. I find it very handy and simple to use. What is your opinion?
Math comes easy to me, for the most part, so when I need to factor things I practically see it on spot.
6 + 10 x + 14 x^2 what's the GCF here and is it smaller than the smallest coefficient? Sorry I am asking all of this, but I am so darned confused...UGH!
Greatest common factor is a value that can go into every other value.
pj, math comes easy?
For me...
