Assuming that the numbers given are zeros, you would just do

(x - 5)(x +2)(x -4)
etc and then expand the polynomial.

However, I don't understand how you can have a zero of (1+i). You can have imaginary zeros, such as just i. If this is the case then you would do (x + i)(x -i) for that zero.
