So we are working with\[e ^{x} * 6e^{3x + 1}\] If the bases are the same, then we can simply add their powers together if we are multiplying to exponential objects. 3x + 1 + x = 4x + 1 So our answer becomes \[6e ^{4x+1}\]
Looks like I didn't read your equation correctly. I read the power of the second as 3x+1. The final answer should be 6e^4x-1.
thankyou very much! what about 5e^-2x/e4x times (e^-2x)^2/10e^-x
