If the gravitational force (g) suddenly disappears, the satellite will (A) continue to move with the same velocity in the same orbit. (B) move tangentially to the original orbit with velocity V. (C) fall down with increasing velocity. (D) come to a stop somewhere in its original orbit.

it will move tangentially to the circular orbit.
Yes it will move along a tangent because in absence of gravitational force force no centrepetal force will be acting which is essential for moving around the circle. Due to inertia of direction it will continue to move along the direction in which it was moving , that is along the tangent.
