the johnsons carnival cost $15 plus 0.50 per ride. the peers carnival cost $10 and $1.00 per ride. how many rides should you plan riding to make the johnsons carnival less expensive than the peers carnival??????

let x be the no. of rides taken and so total cost for J- 15+x*0.5=c and for P- 10 +x*1 as total cost of J is less so 15+x*0.5<10+x 15-10<x-x*0.5 5<x*0.5 10<x
